to our customers, The Accessory Store is owned/operated by a vendor partner
of U.S. Cellular®. This enables U.S. Cellular® the ability
to provide a greater selection of product to sell on-line.

Payment Options
Q: What payment options are available to me?
A: You can pay for your purchase(s) using any one of the following methods:
- Debit card
- Major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
Q: Can I charge my accessory purchase to my U.S. Cellular account?
A: No, we are not able to charge payments to your
U.S. Cellular® account. We are able to take both Credit and Debit
card purchases as indicated above.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: Can I return an accessory that I purchased through the
U.S. Cellular® Accessory Store?
A: Yes, you are able to return an accessory
purchased online via the Accessory Store within 30 days of purchase.
Q: Can I return or exchange an accessory that I purchased
on-line from the U.S. Cellular® Accessory Store at a retail location
in-town?
A: Since the Accessory Store is owned
and managed by a vendor partner of U.S. Cellular®, we are not able
to process returns at our retail locations for products purchased on-line.
Q: What if the accessory I purchased arrived damaged
or became defective?
A: At U.S. Cellular, your complete satisfaction is important
to us. All items sold at our U.S. Cellular® Accessory Store come with
a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Defective products: may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days, a defective product may be returned or exchanged for a product of the same or similar value, at the discretion of the customer. However, if a same or similar product is not available, a higher priced product may be issued for replacement at no additional cost.
Non-defective products: may be returned up to 30 days
from shipment invoice date and must be in new condition and include all
collateral material originally included with product. If a product is
returned damaged, abused, or altered it will not be accepted and no credit
or exchange will be granted.
Q: What is the warranty on the products purchased on this
site?
A: Products are warranted up to one (1) year from the date
of purchase. This warranty covers material defect only and does not cover defects
or damage caused by normal wear and tear, alteration, improper installation,
physical abuse, misuse, neglect or accident.
If a product for some reason becomes defective beyond 30 days, a defective
product may be returned or exchanged for a product of the same or similar value,
at the discretion of the customer. However, if a same or similar product is
not available, a higher priced product may be issued for replacement at no
additional cost.
Warranty Information
U.S. Cellular will replace or repair product with any proven defects (damages through normal wear and tear, alteration,
misuse, neglect, accident, service by anyone other than the authorized service center, or act of God not included) in
parts or workmanship, without charge for parts or labor directly related to the defect, to the original purchaser for one
year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but
not limited to, implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. In no event shall U.S. Cellular be liable for
damages in excess of the purchase price. U.S. Cellular neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it
